At Jay Bajrang Bali Stone Supplier, we process, cut, and load heavy stones (Granite, Marble, Kota, Sandstone) based on precise customer order sheets. Due to the high weight, logistics overheads, and customized cutting involved in the stone trade, our cancellation and refund policies are structured as follows:

1. Order Cancellations

• Before Block Processing: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of issuing the advance deposit, and before stone blocks are loaded onto gang saws/multi-cutters, a full refund of the deposit (minus 2% bank transaction charges) will be issued.
• After Processing Begins: Once stone block cutting, resin-treatment, or polishing processes have commenced, no cancellations will be accepted and the 50% advance deposit will be forfeited.

2. Customized Cuts & Standard Slabs

Please note that any stone blocks processed into custom thicknesses (e.g. 25mm, 30mm) or sliced into non-standard dimensions requested by the buyer represent dedicated stock. These orders are 100% non-cancelable and non-refundable once cutting begins.

3. Transport Damage Claims

Natural stones are brittle materials. While we pack slabs using wooden structures inside cargo trucks, minor scratches or corner chips (under 3% of the total square footage) can occur during transit vibrations. This is standard in the stone trade. For major damages:

• The buyer must record a continuous, unedited video of the truck offloading process at the delivery site.
• Any transit breakages must be documented in writing on the truck driver's consignment note (LR copy) prior to unloading signature.
• Claims must be sent to our compliance email (sales.jbbstones@gmail.com) with supporting video proof within 24 hours of truck arrival. Valid claims will be compensated by supplying replacement slabs on subsequent orders.

4. Returns Policy

Due to the massive weight and high freight costs of shipping stone slabs, we do not accept returns of shipped goods once the truck has left our Jaipur factory yard. We encourage buyers/architects to inspect block quality in person at our Jaipur yard or request detailed HD videos/photos prior to dispatch clearance.

5. Refund Process Timeline

For valid pre-cutting cancellations, refunds are processed back to the original bank account/GST account within 7 to 10 working days.
