These terms and conditions govern the sale and distribution of all stone products (including Granite, Marble, Kota Stone, Sandstone, and Engineered Quartz) supplied by Jay Bajrang Bali Stone Supplier. By visiting our website or finalizing a commercial order sheet, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Slabs and Natural Variations

All natural stones (Granite, Marble, Kota Stone, Sandstone) are raw products quarried from the earth. Therefore:

• Natural variations in color, tone, veining pattern, background shade, and structural lines are normal characteristics and do not represent defect criteria.
• Slab samples or catalog images provided on our website/WhatsApp are approximate representations only. Final delivered goods may vary.
• Engineered stones (Quartz) exhibit much higher color uniformity, but minor batch variations can still occur.

2. Wholesale Quotations and Orders

Commercial quotations are sent via email or WhatsApp based on current quarry mining rates and shipping logistics. These rates are valid for 7 calendar days only. An order is deemed accepted only when our bank receives the advance deposit amount detailed in the commercial invoice sheet.

3. Sizing Specifications & Custom Cutting

Customers are responsible for providing precise dimensions (length, width, thickness in mm/inches) and edge profile requirements. Once blocks are loaded onto multi-cut gang saws or edge cutters for processing, sizing specifications cannot be modified.

4. Payments and Commercial Billing

Our standard wholesale payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance deposit to begin block processing/loading.
• 50% balance clearance prior to truck dispatch from our Jaipur yard.
• All billing includes relevant GST (Goods and Services Tax) charges as required by Indian business regulations.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delayed order deliveries resulting from mining suspension audits, labor strikes, raw material shortage, extreme rainfall blocking transport routes, highway transport strikes, or municipal restrictions.

6. Jurisdiction and Disputes

Any commercial dispute, contract conflict, or quality claim arising out of transactions with Jay Bajrang Bali Stone Supplier shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
