Welcome to the Shipping and Delivery information page for Jay Bajrang Bali Stone Supplier. Because stone slabs (Granite, Marble, Kota, Sandstone) are extremely heavy and fragile cargo, our shipping protocols, loading rules, and transit arrangements are governed by these policies.

1. Logistics Sourcing & Carriage

We do not operate our own shipping trucks. Instead, we work with trusted national and regional logistics companies, or coordinate with truck brokers in Jaipur, to arrange transportation on behalf of the customer. Alternatively, customers are welcome to send their own flatbed trucks or pickup vehicles to our Jaipur yard for local loading.

2. Shipping and Freight Charges

• All shipping freight charges are calculated based on the total weight of the stone blocks/slabs and the transit distance.
• Freight pricing quotes are provided prior to vehicle dispatch. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, freight charges are paid directly by the buyer (consignee) to the transport driver upon truck arrival at the delivery site.

3. Unloading and Site Accessibility

Due to the massive weight of stone slabs, please observe the following guidelines at the delivery site:

• Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is completely responsible for arranging the necessary labor, cranes, block slings, or offloading machinery to unload slabs from the transport truck.
• Road Access: The buyer must guarantee that the destination road is wide enough to support heavy 6-wheel or 10-wheel trucks. We are not liable if local municipal rules, narrow lanes, or low overhead wires prevent a truck from reaching the gate. In such cases, unloading must occur at the closest accessible public point.

4. Typical Transit Timelines

Once balance payment is cleared and a vehicle is loaded at our Jaipur yard, transit times are generally as follows:

• Within Jaipur City: Same day (4 to 8 hours).
• Within Rajasthan State: 1 to 2 working days.
• Outside Rajasthan (Inter-state India): 3 to 7 working days, depending on traffic checkposts and travel distances.

5. Transit Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing third-party transit insurance for large bulk orders (above 3000 sq ft). We can assist in coordinating basic insurance coverage via the transport broker if requested during order placement. Our liability ends once the goods are safely loaded and secured onto the vehicle at our Jaipur dispatch yard.
